The problem that we had with the trailer, we rented was not their fault. U-Haul needs to maintenance their equipment. Check the whole thing out and underneath inspections we were not even halfway into our trip three leaf springs broke in the wheel and though axle twisted stranded for a while maintenance man did come so that he could not repair the trailer and had us towed to pick up a new one put us 4 1/2 hours late in our trip very frustrating
