Don’t think I should have been charged a $30 gas service fee when I just put $20(5gal) to get it as close to 1/4 tank as I could. Then charged $11.76 for 2 gal when it was on 1/4 tank. That’s a complete rip off. I even brought it back early than reserved. It’s ok though because I will use some place different next time.

Steve GThe problem that we had with the trailer, we rented was not their fault. U-Haul needs to maintenance their equipment. Check the whole thing out and underneath inspections we were not even halfway into our trip three leaf springs broke in the wheel and though axle twisted stranded for a while maintenance man did come so that he could not repair the trailer and had us towed to pick up a new one put us 4 1/2 hours late in our trip very frustrating
