Employee did not seem to k ow what he was doing and due to the location the internet connection was spotty. It took 30 minutes to pick up the truck even though they already had all of the information.

Stewart CDon’t think I should have been charged a $30 gas service fee when I just put $20(5gal) to get it as close to 1/4 tank as I could. Then charged $11.76 for 2 gal when it was on 1/4 tank. That’s a complete rip off. I even brought it back early than reserved. It’s ok though because I will use some place different next time.
