It was dirty inside truck and I wanted a refund for unused blankets and the guy refused because he found not understand English

I went there to pick up the truck and they didn't know what they were doing and it took them over 45 minutes just to get the keys. I eneded up calling my brother in law who works for Uhaul to dispatch the vehicle. They waited when I gave them my license and they would walk away and attend to other customers, when I would go to talk to them, they would yell and say for me to go wait over there. The truck did have a noise from the front suspension, but other than that. No issues with truck.
