brandon bUpon picking up my rental, the gas was less than 1/8 fuel tank. I informed her that I hope i make it to the gas station with that low fuel amount. She said she would give me a discount of $24 if I bring back the rental truck at 1/4 tank. I took a photo of my mileage & fuel tank. Then I went to ARCO gas station and put $24.00 in fuel which brought the tank to alittle over 1/4 tank. I drove locally 14miles. When I returned rental truck, I took another photo of mileage and fuel tank which was 1/4 tank. She went outside to check mileage & fuel and showed me a fuel gage that showed less than the fuel amount. I told her there's no way I lost fuel in 10 mins I waited for her to check the mileage & fuel tank. I asked her to compare my photo that I took upon returning the rental truck. She wouldn't let me see the fuel gage. She said ill take a photo. When I asked to see it she turned off the truck. I got scammed!!! She said I do not get the discount of $24. Please beware of this place. Its a Liquor store "Country Store" in Chino Hills that rents out U-Haul trucks. Definitely will not use them again.
