I reserved a truck with a personal cc and when I picked up I gave my business cc but the personal cc is the one that was charged. Be more specific on what card will be charged
SADIE SWhen I receive the truck, it was dirty when I returned it it was detailed and cleaned, and out of all the times I’ve gotten a vehicle from U-Haul. I’ve never had a problem until this time. Apparently a U-Haul representative claims that I scratched the bedliner. When during inspection, there is no requirement to take a picture of the bedliner. Now they refuse to call me back and it is extremely unprofessional., I will never use that one again. I will drive to the other side of Anchorage before I use the U-Haul right down the road from my house.! This representative is too much of a coward to even call me which I find even more unprofessional
