The location was amazing however everything else was horrible.. i was guaranteed a mobile pick up by the house but did not get because the place was closed and doesn’t do mobile pickup but no one informed me… than was told that i had to go 14 miles out of my way to get a truck only to have to pay for those 14 unnecessary miles that i didnt create it was the worse the absolute worst

fabian cCommunicate better. No one was there when we arrived to pickup our rental. Was told when we called the number on the door that it would be an hour before they would arrive. We had already been rerouted 10 miles from original pickup destination and was told we would be compensated for the extra miles but don't think we were. We will consider using another rental company next time, sad to say.
