Communicate better. No one was there when we arrived to pickup our rental. Was told when we called the number on the door that it would be an hour before they would arrive. We had already been rerouted 10 miles from original pickup destination and was told we would be compensated for the extra miles but don't think we were. We will consider using another rental company next time, sad to say.

Nothing everything was good
Kenneth V.Bob was overwhelmingly helpful and accommodating for our needs. I have to say he went above and beyond. I had reached out to all U-Hauls in the area and he was the only one to be quick to assist.
