No instructions given to customer on the vehicle operations or how to read gages, vehicle was filthy inside French fries and hair clip and dirty socks i don't think this vehicle has ever been cleaned as soon as I opened the large side door you could see under the bottom rail all the food and trash, I could not read the gas gage very misleading, These people are lazy they just give you the keys and paperwork and off you go, I ended up over filling gas ⛽️ tank because I couldn't read it i was told it was a full tank but the paperwork showed short of a full tank. I'VE RENTED HERE SEVERAL TIMES NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE THIS GO ROUND THEIR GETTING COMPLACENT WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS USE TO BE BETTER NOT SO MUCH ANY MORE.
