The check-in process was challenging as it was after hours so I had to use the online system. When the first bill came in, it showed I had the truck for two days. I called the store and advised that I only had it for one day. The clerk happily changed the bill to reflect one day so I’m thankful for that. The check-out process was great in that I had to do it online. After doing it, a clerk called and asked if I had picked up my truck. I told her no and she advised she was at the store and someone else was checking out a truck but my name was registered to it. The other person was checking out a smaller truck so she wanted to make sure I got the right one. I’m totally appreciative of her discernment to make sure we didn’t get the wrong truck.
