The place is horrible!!! After I dropped my U-Haul back off the guy was trying to charge me. I gave him my card and he walked around with it for about 30 mins sitting it on the counter face up with other customers nearby. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT U-HAUL! Not to mention the deposit was $159.29 which has never been a deposit for me at any other U-Haul and he couldn’t even explain why!
Monietta HThe owner helped me and he did not give a crap. I ordered 24 blankets and only got 12, there is 6 in a bag. The truck only had 1/8th of a tank, i had to fill it up at his gas station, i tried to use my credit card at the pump and it did not work, i went inside and he said, O the pad does not work, and did not give a rip! So I had to go into the store and prepay the fuel, what a pain

Mayra UTruck had broken window pane glass inside . When I returned the truck no one was there to give me an itemized detailed reciept , I had to wait around for 1 hour for the gas station attendant to give me a receipt, U haul have the best prices , but very shitty services at this location
