I was sent here from a location in Bellwood, where I was suppose to pick up the vehicle. Although upset this location did a very nice job quickly taking care of business.

The pickup process from U-Haul was awful. My pickup location was changed the evening before my rental to 2855 W Harrison Ave in Chicago. That location and the personnel in that location were extremely unprofessional, disorganized and disrespectful. I did not feel safe in that location. And then, after waiting over 15 minutes for service from the ‘manager’ of that location, he told me he could not give me any truck because I had a one way rental. Why did UHaul send me to that location? One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any company. I was eventually assisted by John at 1-800 customer service to arrange for the location where I picked up my truck. The service at that location was good. U-Haul should cancel your affiliation with 2855 W. Harrison location - that experience should not be repeated for any customer.

Elliot SHad to deal with a weird check out person, he told me to leave 1/8th a tank full, the 15’ footer rode like shit, i returned it way ahead of time and they charged me $17 on gas, and Im not allowed to argue it!? I assume this is the way they do business.
