The truck had a cracked windshield and was dirty on the interior. No furniture pads were available even when they were already paid for. I had to pick these up from another location.
Ty CIt took over an hour for me to get my rental because the guy kept stopping to take customers inside the convenience store. My reservation was guaranteed at 1pm I should have never left after 2. Also, the guy insisted he had to be the one to hook up the trailer, I got a block away and the trailer came loose off the hitch. I will never recommend this location as it was a nightmare from the start.
Natalia SThe pickup was fast and easy and the Rep was polite and pleasant, and returning the truck was time consuming and the rep that was there at night seemed bothered and slow
ray gThe actual location was fine. However when I originally booked my registration my preferred site was not chosen for the one way rental. I was notified less than 12 hours before and made several calls to ask to change the pickup location without any assistance from Customer service.
