Staff was very helpful, I had to extend my rental and they were able to help with no issues. I dropped it off early and the gentleman pulled some pads out so I could sit comfortably outside to wait for my ride - great service!!

I checked in online and still waited more than 30 minutes to get the vehicle. The truck smelled of smoke so strong that it made me and my passenger ill. The steering wheel in the vehicle was filthy.

To be more courteous to the customer. We had a misfortune to happen ,the keys accidentally was locked inside the car and it took the manager 45 hours to return my call concerning how much the total cost to me would be and innocent mistakes do happen. It would be a wonderful idea for u-haul to have a master key or some sort of emergency solution. Also the worker on duty was not very accommodating as we were there about 6 minutes before closing and was refused to be able to turn the keys in and was told to leave the building . All is well and the payment was made ,my being a recurring customer I could have received a better reaction. Thanks for the comment box.

I rented movers through your cite that you referred that did not show. There for my move did not go the way it was planned. I still have stuff at my old house. I went to your location and told them I was unsatisfied with the service. I was brushed off because you are not responsible for the movers. I would like to know if you refer a company and they do not live up to your standard how is that okay. I would not recommend your company to anyone.

Don't hide a service charge of $30 for gas. It's fine to have that but it would have been nice if I was told about it. Since I wasn't informed about it, it caught me by surprise and I wasn't terribly happy about it.

The gentleman who helped me saw my reservation and somehow messed it up.Turned my one way rental into a local and after I had already paid 120 dollars up front, I was wrongfully charged an incorrect destination fee of 332 dollars. Made my simple 100 dollar move into a 500 dollar nightmare.

UHaul website not interactive when it comes to scanning and finding Uhaul locations to drop off. If you know the zip code then it is fine. I was trying to scroll on I-74 to see what's near the highway on way out of town to drop-off. All was fine just suggestions to improve website. Locations and service was fine. I use Uhaul a lot. I plan to use them again this month. I just would like to see the web search work better interactively.

What a horrible experience. I reserved my truck very easily online several days ahead. On the day of the reservation, I arrived 45 minutes early as I had booked movers to meet me at my home at 2pm to help me move (MoveCheap Cincinnati). There were two employees working (one was new) and a line out the door on a Sunday afternoon. I waited 2.5 hours in line to get to the front. I finally got my truck and was trying to leave but was blocked in by several other trucks in the way. I went back in and asked if someone could move the trucks to make a path for people to exit. One of the employees (Marcus) came out and moved one of the trucks then went back inside. I thought he was coming back out to move the rest of the trucks but he never did. I went back in and asked again if someone could move the trucks so I could get out, as the movers had already arrived at my place 1.5 hrs prior and I was paying them hourly even though I had not yet arrived with the truck. Marcus did finally move the rest of the trucks and I was able to leave. Despite the room of angry people the two employees were very nice, but just didn't have any 'hussle.' They moved slowly despite all of the waiting people. My return was much smoother, I was able to drop off the truck and there was an employee outside to meet me. However, when I went inside, I stood in line to get the printout for my transaction for awhile, then I finally shouted out if anyone had my printout and another employee who was not working the line said he had it. It seems that there should be a smoother process than this. I think that it would be very helpful if the manager of the store looked through all of the reservations the day prior in order to decide staffing numbers to meet the demand in a timely manner. For instance, if you have 30 reservations on a Sunday, two employees may not be sufficient. There should be separate employees working outside to deal with returns, making sure returns do not obstruct the exit and move trucks and bring the rented trucks to the customers, rather than expecting the same person who checks the customer in behind the desk to also go out and open the storage unit or get the truck, as they often get distracted with returns coming into the lot while angry customers wait inside in line. One of the customers in line was actually helping direct the employees on the order of operations that should happen next because the employees were so flustered. In the end, I paid an extra $110 to the movers for the time they spent while waiting for me to bring the truck, which was lost money and lost time. I am a physician with VERY limited time, and due to the lost 2 hours, I had to pay the movers another $220 AGAIN the next day and take the day off of work the following day to accommodate their schedule to finish the job. Saving money by renting a truck cost me an extra $330 due to the lost time and poor management of this facility. This is an outrage and I will NOT be recommending this l

Very helpful staff, recommended the right kind of boxes and tape, got on the road quickly - a great location if you are moving to or from the University of Cincinnati. Also used folks to load the truck which I also sourced from the U-Haul site and they did a tremendous job. Loaded the truck from an apartment in under 2 hours!

I was over charged for my milage. Employees was so sincere about the mistake that was made but had to call manager to get permission to give me my return the manager was the one who made the mistake. Prior to the day of me getting the U-Haul the manager asked me to give $100 in cash and also use my card to have on file the day of me coming back to get a return that's when I found out I was overcharged for mileage and also that my card has been charged and should not have been was told that I was going to get a refund for the charges on my card and still have not gotten my refund this happen on Sunday so there is still an issue overall the truck was clean and runs great but it seems to be some problems in the store with the manager other employees were great
