I first made a reservation for a truck and when I arrived they had never assigned me one. It took over an hour before someone arrived to get me a key, at this point it was late and I couldn’t wait any longer so I had to leave and intended to pick up my key in the morning. When I arrived I check my reservation it had been cancelled without any warning or notification. I scheduled another truck and when I went to it the tire had a huge hole in it. I went inside and they gave me another trucks key. When I reviewed my paperwork- they had never properly registered which truck I was actually taking out. Upon getting in the truck I photographed the gas gauge, which was only 1/4 full. Upon returning the vehicle with exactly the amount of gas I left with, I was charged $35 for gas to bring it to a half tank- which it wasn’t even at to begin with. I will happily send you the picture with a time stamp to back that claim up. 10/10 will never be using this locations service again.

We were told that if we arrived before 7 we could get into our storage unit and unload our truck. We got there before 7 only to be told that they didn't have a key for it! Kids running the place and didn't want to call anyone for help or anything. I think they were just ready to go home. Terrible experience!

When equipment is not available at the selected location of the customer, U-Haul should accommodate for the difference in miles. I selected a location closer to my home and ended up renting from a location 20 miles away, which made the expense for me more than I expected.

- This experience started off horribly. I had ordered online and called and confirmed what I was trying to do. The attendant I spoke to helped me to correct my order. When I went in, my order was messed up and instead of being charged the day rental for a one way of $19.95 I was charged more and they almost didnt have a truck available. This was very frustrating and cost me more than expected. ON TOP OF THAT, when I went to open the truck, there were 2 unopened beer bottles in the truck doors. This is just unacceptable and made this even more frustrating.

Nice and friendly people, just be cautious if you are renting an auto transport or trailer. Make sure you have them check it in before you leave, they get busy and may forget and you will be charged an extra day or two.

I traveled from Cincinnati to Columbus and the floor heat was pumping either from the engine or ???? The temperature that day was high and as a result it was a miserable trip.

I almost always choose this location when renting as it is convenient and they have a large selection of trucks/trailers on site. The gentleman working the morning and then when i dropped the truck off appeared to be there alone and it seemed like he had too many things to do for one person. However, he was very efficient, polite and made a good impression for the business...he should be commended.

They are simply understaffed on busy days. Otherwise they do fine. For example, we came in early Friday morning and were ready to leave in 5 min. When I returned at 3.30pm, there were multiple lines and they did the return (using my credit card) after I left. Had I not asked about someone to do the return, I would have been in line for 30 minutes or more.

Nobody ever answers the phone.I tried to call several different days in advance to make a reservation but nobody answered. Then I went in there and had to wait 5mins to even see a worker at the location. Then the day I rented the truck I tried to call for over 2hrs and let them know I would be late and wanted to know the price. I even tried to call other locations.I finally get through to one 2 1/2 hrs later just for the guy to say he can instant message them to let them know but he cant pull up my account because I didnt rent from that location, which I don't know how true that it because they can see who has a truck available at different stores. So I had to take time out of my move to drive to the location to find 2 workers standing at the counter saying their sorry but it's been really busy and they had been outside in the lot. Long story short, worst customer service and highly inconvenient. Will not use again.
