Pickup was at 2:30. I was told that the person who handles reservations was at lunch. I was asked to wait. Did not get U-Haul until 3:00. I was told they go to lunch at 2:30. How would we know that? . The passenger side mirror was taped. We were unable to move it.

PATTI RI would like to say that the guys were a bit nervous, but other than that it was an in and out situation.
NICOLE BThe ten foot truck that was given to me was covered in snow. Representative did not try to knock snow off windows or tailgate. Representative opened tailgate and pulled out a cover and air mattress then closed tailgate. Truck was not swept out. Truck has low air pressure in right rear tire. The right mirror was broken, it would move the entire drive. I rented an uhaul truck a few days before this truck , that was bigger and further away. Yet somehow this location charged me more money for less miles and a smaller truck. So no I will not recommend this location to anyone.
