The inside of the truck was dirty. The owners didn't take the time to inspect & clean the truck before someone else rents it. Cup holders had food & crumbs in them. Someone left their sock in the truck. Papers, trash, a piece of a tool was in the cargo of the truck. The steering wheel didn't have a locking lever underneath in order to adjust the wheel. I'm short so it was hard to see over the steering wheel. The owner asked for a $100 deposit. I was suppose to be charged $34 but at the end they ended up taking my $100 for payment when I was told that I would get my $100 back in my account in 3-4 business days. Not very professional. Do not rent a U-Haul from a alcohol/liquor store.

The app pick up experience was awful. In addition to adding my information and the drivers information, it required me to add three other people and have them verified. Why? I opened a chat and received an initial response that somebody was looking into it and then nothing, the guy never replied, just left me hanging. Then the app would not accept the photos. I was taking. Took the photo but then wouldn’t save it. Ultimately, I took a video of my own and had to call customer service. It wasted half an hour.
Kelly BIt took me over 40 minutes to pick up my truck and put me behind schedule. The uhaul was also very over priced based on previous experiences not sure why.
