Just dropped off using the app. The key drop box was easy to locate and the checkout on the U-Haul app; with pictures was simple!
KIMBERLY RPickup was at 2:30. I was told that the person who handles reservations was at lunch. I was asked to wait. Did not get U-Haul until 3:00. I was told they go to lunch at 2:30. How would we know that? . The passenger side mirror was taped. We were unable to move it.
ROBYN WHave blankets so that the customers can wrap their belongings up.
