Keys were not available for the truck so I was unable to rent the truck. I was still charged and am told that the truck was driven 16 miles. I spoke to customer service on the day and told them that the keys were not there. I was told they would cancel the reservation. I was unable to get into the truck or drive it. I did not touch or move the truck. Overall bad experience as I was not able to use the truck and then on top of that I am being charged for it.

Julie H.The size truck that I confirmed was not there. The customer that had rented it out kept it an extra day so I had to do 2 loads. They did offer me a larger one but I was afraid to drive it.
Rebbca G.I left the truck with more fuel than when I started but was still charge for 2 gallons. Also there was some broken glass on the door jam when I picked it up and somehow I was charged a $25 cleaning fee. I have used other uhaul locations NUMEROUS times before without any issues. Not happy.
