CHAVIS CThe manager was discriminating me…
KOSSIVI Tspecifically requested with uhaul I did NOT want to use the app. ended up giving them almost a half tank of gas cause it was on empty when I got it.
Samuel II was charged for apparently not putting the gas gauge back to above the 1/2 mark. Luckily I had taken a picture of the gas gauge so customer service will be crediting me the bogus charge. Not all customers would catch that, but I refuse to be charged for something that I shouldn’t be.
