I found the cell phone equipment return link impossible for a non electronic savvy person. So I had to give up on that after 45 mins.Tried to use home computer U-haul site almost as bad. ended up leaving truck ofcourse, & finishing return on phone next morning. Found Dot very helpful Will treat this as a learning experience.

The staff at this location was very helpful. The carts for use were a lifesaver having a unit on the 2nd floor. If there were more drive up units it would make it easier for large one time moves.


Everything was great only one big problem. The lady that was serving me and take her my information. when I was there. she Was rude and very unprofessional, when she talk to me the military tone. even after I told her you sound and talkin to me military and I'm a customer. and I asked her why. her response was because I've been doing this a long time and this is what I do.

Easy to reserve a truck and pickup. The whole process was a piece of cake. Equipment was very clean and when I dropped off the truck they had an employee cleaning the truck immediately. Good experience overall.

This is my second time requesting and paying for a utility dolly for it not to even be on the truck. Then this last time just this weekend, I get the receipt and I'm being charged $60 for a missing dolly that I never had in the first place and I have to wait until Monday for the manager to push the refund through. Wouldn't recommend this location to anyone, only good thing is they clean their trucks out. Oh and also the truck was under a quarter tank of gas so we had to put gas in it before we could even start our move

Nothing, Tina and Will were great to work with. They made the process go smooth and made me feel comfortable and safe. They answered all my questions and were nice and friendly.

I did not feel like the young lady who was there when I arrived, really wanted to help me at all. She made it seem like I was bothering her. It was also frustrating that even though the location was open, they would not check in my truck while I was there. They just told me to wait for an email with my receipt.


Customer service is terrible. The manager and clerk were rude and arguing with each other in front of customers and then turned that attitude toward the customer.

The two employees were mother/daughter and extremely rude. Speck all the daughter. I was told the truck would be in spot A or the next spot B and had to go out and try the key in 3 trucks to find it work in the unmarked spot to the left of A. I then turned the truck on to find the check engine light on. I drove up to the front of the store and the young Lee clerk came out to ask what was the matter. I told her the truck's check engine light was on and she said it didn't matter that it was always on. I asked why it was on and if I was responsible if the truck has mechanical issues and she responded back I told you it's always on. I then repeated the am I responsible part of the question again and got the same response so I asked a 3rd or 4th time to which she said no...I told you it's always on. I left the lot aggravated and not confident the truck was safe and/or I would be at risk for leaving with it. Had I had more options that day and not under distress to move a few things I would have cancelled. I am in the field of process improvement and I wish no ill will towards this individual rather the learning to put yourself in the shoes of someone else who may be going through a challenge if renting a truck last minute for 4 hours and to be kinder. I know I could have managed my stress better as well.
