Minor hiccup with scheduling the pick up at 8am but the office didn’t open until 9am but Susan in Customer Service and Drew on call where able to take care of everything. Without their help, I would have rated much differently.

How to calculate the gas was not explained to me. The truck stopped running three times. It just stopped running. This truck needs to be overhauled. Do not rent this truck before servicing this truck. If you need more info please call me. My phone number is with my order. If you really care you well call.

Had no problems with the truck . Everything worked out.

Maddie helped me with my Uhaul needs when I got it and a couple days later when I returned it. She remembered me as a customer and that means a lot to me. She is a good asset to your company

Office was busy and one employee working hard and another talking outside the office for a very long time. Customer focus is not there.

I have been renting auto transport trailers for a few years now. I've always had great service at the Glencrossing location, until this last time. The weather wasn't the most pleasant on Saturday when my daughter and I stopped in to get the trailer as it was hot and threatening rain. When it came time to hook the trailer to the truck hitch, it was rather difficult for the person assigned to help us to raise the trailer to the height of the hitch. She informed me that the trailer would not go higher. There was about 3 to 4 more inches in height before the trailer was above the truck hitch. I offered to raise it more and she got offended and told me it wouldn't go higher. Now I'm a female too, and not much taller than she was. And yes, it required quite a bit of strength to raise the trailer higher. She seemed surprised that it even went that high up. Like I said earlier, this isn't my first time renting these trailers. When it came time to hook it up, the trailer itself would not lock onto the ball of the hitch. This usually drops right in place without trouble. She called another co-worker over to help. I became nervous when they both repeatedly stuck their fingers up under the hitch near where the ball nests into the trailer groove, and asked them to please stop putting their fingers under there. I've seen it where the trailer just suddenly drops onto the ball hitch. I didn't want them to lose any or all of their fingers. This earned me a bit of an indignant attitude from the first helper. They next tried a hammer to tap the lever of the trailer to bump it in place. That didn't work so they had me pull forward and back to try and jostle it in place ( tough to do when you working with centimeters of movement). At this point, it is now raining. I'm getting just as wet as they are. Then for whatever reason, the hitch just dropped down on the ball. Just suddenly. Lights were tested and I was told we could pull forward to move the trailer. Both began to walk away. When I asked where would be the best place to load the car on the trailer, they both looked at me. One shrugged her shoulders and said where ever we wanted. I asked if they were going to help make sure the car was properly secured and they said that it was up to us. Now, again, this isn't the first time I've rented this type of trailer. But never have I been told we are on our own. If I didn't have time constraints that day, I would have pushed for a man to come help, but we were on a tight schedule. So my daughter and I loaded her car ourselves, locked it down to the best of my knowledge as to how we've seen it done and helped in the past, then left hoping we had done everything correctly. By Sunday afternoon around 12:30, we reached our destination in Virginia, but had to stop and check the trailer several times because the running lights kept blinking off and then stayed off. We did have brake lights and turn signals but that was all. We had come thru some very heavy rain and da

On my return trip for a second load the truck died on Queen city Boulevard I had to sit in the middle of traffic for about 15 minutes. It restarted after then and I was able to continue back to the store to return the truck. When I told the person handling my return, she replied “sorry about that”.

I reserved the truck online and it was ready for me at the scheduled pickup time. The process went very smooth for both pickup and drop-off.

Pick up was fast and the young lady working was fantastic. Drop off was after hours and during pick up she explained how and where to leave the keys, which made that just as easy. Great location and will definitely rent from there again when the need arises

Need more help, two employees were running around like crazy. The employee that helped me was super friendly and explained how to get the right amount of gas back in the truck- very helpful! Thank you

Stop promoting the app.... it sucks... 20 mins trying to get it to work in order to “save time”. Took 2 mins after I gave up and went inside.
