No one was on site. I was prepared to pick up the truck at 10 AM. I had to contact online support who then stated I had to call a local UHaul representative. I waited on hold for 20 minutes and finally got access to the truck after waiting for 45 minutes. Very disappointed.
Hard to find, limited space for the 26' Uhaul I dropped off.
The personnel was not helpful at all. Also, the U-haul website did not work properly to return the truck.

I found the app confusing for the pickup. I remember taking a photo of my drivers license three times in the process before I could proceed. It took longer than I expected and finally I had to chat with someone to find out that the app asked for the wrong thing. It asked for a picture of my drivers license but the chat said I needed a selfie instead, without my glasses.....
Better signage to find the location
My complaints are for both the location and Uhual customer service. The salesman was 45 minutes late to a scheduled 12pm pickup time. He smelled of marijuana and was clearly high. Upon arriving, he found the computer system to be down (apparently this a regular problem with Uhual). He didn't not know or have the proper paperwork to fill out and release the trailer manually even though I had paid online in full. Additionally, calling customer service, they were rude, condescending and also lack the knowledge (or maybe they just didn't care) on how to fill out paperwork to manually release the trailer. I sat there for an additional hour while they did pretty much nothing... they even tried to get a supervisor or manager on the line, but he/she, who I never got to talk to, had no idea what to do either. The situation was resolved when the computers came back online. This is unacceptable and for future moves I will be hard pressed to use a Uhual facility... although judging by the conversations and character of the above associates, I'm not sure it will matter. Online drop off is terrible. Definitely not up to expectations
When I arrived to pick up at 2:30 the doors were locked, nobody there. I had to go to the business next door to ask if they were affiliated. They said no, go bang on an overhead door on the attached building. Person was inside and called the u-haul guy, he got there @ 2:50. When he got there he was great! When I returned there was nobody there as he had indicated and that I needed to use the app. No problem, except the app did not work. called u-haul number and after 20+ minute wait an operator came on line, Lourdes Suarez. SHE WAS GREAT!!! she walked me though setting on my phone but it still did not work, so she did it over the phone and I sent her a picture of the dashboard. She handled it. But all in all the return process was @ 40 mins. So for a 2 hr use of the van, the pickup and return wasted over two hours of our time. Brian Hill 513-703-0026
Both floor mats were muddy so not cleaned after last use. Also thought the rate per mile was excessive.
Lower the amount per mileage
The people at this location were super nice/helpful but they were not available at the time we had to leave so we had to use the automated system. The UHaul online system leaves much to be desired. It is very hard to navigate and takes entirely too long to check out and get the keys and also to check in when finished moving.
Smaller place with limited parking, U-Haul their secondary business. Their computer was down when trying to check in the vehicle, so had to self check-in. Everything went OK, but a bit more trouble than I anticipated. Was very convenient to where I was was working.
I rented an item and then found that I needed a different rental. I took the original rental off the lot but had to return it and rent a different item. I was not offered any refund. I realized this was in the contract but I thought there should be some sort of reimbursement or discount on the replacement rental.
Checkout took over an hour. Trailer lights were not working, but there were no other trailers avilable. Rather than completing our transaction, representative helped another customer which added about 20 minutes to our checkout time.
The person at the this location is work as much as he can. However, since there is only one person and the truck didn't send on time. I have to wait for one hour to get the truck. That wastes my time and money on movers for one hour.

The manager was very friendly and helpful.
1. The App did not work during pick up or drop off. 2. We were billed an additional $20 for after hours drop off that was never explained during the pick up. It was in the contract which I admit I should have read before signing, but I feel it should have been explained. 3. Our appointment was booked three different times. We continued getting calls to come get the truck even after we already had the truck. Overall, I'm not sure if it was the specific pick up location or uHaul itself but the quality of service was substantially lower than my previous experiences.

Returning of vehicle needs to be more user friendly; I could pull up info on my I phone to return the vehicle. I hope I was not over charged for the use of the vehicle.
