My only issue with U-Haul had nothing to do with the specific pick up or drop off locations both were great. I made my reservations to pick up my U-Haul trucks in Albuquerque and U-Haul regional assigned me to. Santa Fe location for pick up, so I have to drive an hour out of my way to pick up the trucks (2) and then drive another hour back to my home. I made the reservation 2 months ahead of time and there were 8 locations in the Albuquerque area I should have been able to get the trucks from. It was EXTREMELY inconvenient to have to spend 2 hours driving to pick up trucks on loading day.

And without an easy way to electronically contact anyone to rectify the problem (I’m in a different country). So if you could verify emails before using them that would be best. and then if you could offer an email address for contact that would also help.
