Pick up location person was incompetent with processing my pick up order. Uhaul customer service had to complete order. This location should be eliminated from Uhaul.
Joni CThey offered my boxes for free so when I took some they called me later accusing me of making a mess and I didn't it was the guy himself that did it and didn't tell his wife. Then when I returned the truck with the left over boxes I didnt use they charged me a cleaning fee. I was returning their boxes I didnt use. They also charged me for gas even though it was returned on the exact amount I picked it up with. I called to try to make it right with uhaul and I got hung up on and never received a call back. I got ripped off and will never chose uhaul again if this is how they chose to do business.
