Original pickup was a t a different location after hours. App is not user friendly and calling customer service did not help. Glad we decided to pick up in person

When I arrived I was expecting to pick up and drop off at another location as I always have - I was instructed that I had to drive the vehicle clear back to the pick up location. Which resulted in paying more than expected and making an unnecessary trip wasting time and money. When I received the uhaul the woman didn’t do any kind of inspection with me to ensure the uhaul was in good condition - I couldn’t open the back door and had to call service techs. This resulted in even more time wasted. The inside of the uhaul hasn’t been cleaned, windows were dirty and floor was disgusting. Overall this was a terrible location and caused me to lose quite a bit of time and money. Never utilizing them again.

The driver side tire strap on tow dolly 3351 was broken. Mend or replace the strap and this said dolly would be up and beyond the standard. Thank you

They were the fifth location that uhaul found for me due to the other 4 over guaranteeing and not coming through. This location was excellent. The rest of the experience was absolutely terrible. I will never recommend uhaul to anyone. I had a guarantee and with in 15 hours of pick up was canceled and given a run around due to people not returning.

My experience at the location was very good. My experience with U-Haul was terrible. They jacked the rates up and I refused to pay that amount. They immediately called me back and reduced the rate 20%. In addition, they were rude and slow responding to the call.

No one was there I had to call she came out and stood in the parking lot and put the information in her phone I got no receipt then she stood there and wouldn’t help hook it up. She wouldn’t even guide me back to hook it up I had to get out four times to lineup the ball.

A complete breakdown on misinformation on U-Haul side.I was led to believe I had UP TO 6:00 pm to pick my truck up. Upon getting to the pick up site at approximately 5:00 Pm I was in formed that the truck would not be available till 5:45pm this is not what the conformation person led me to believe. We were totally inconvenienced, as it was Heather the dispatch manager for Columbus was very rude and not accommodating. The truck did not arrive until 6:20.No one answered the door nor did they answer the phone. We are very displeased and upset with U-Haul and there customer service. We will not be using U-Haul any time in the future.We ask that some type of discount be given to our account.

Truck was clean, but had multiple issues. Front would vibrate at low speed, brakes started squeaky, had to press hard on brake pedal to stop and AC stopped working with 5hrs left on trip.

Made reservation online. The online process was very helpful. and user friendly. The pickup location I picked was Ross County Transportation LLC on Delano Rd in Chillicothe OH. The person helping me was very friendly and went above and beyond and helped me. I had chosen the wrong size of truck and within minutes she found a larger one for me at a close location. Also provided me a ride from her location to that location because I had someone drop me off. Then the person at the pickup location was very helpful as well and got me going within a few minutes and got me on my way.

I feel I am being fleeced. The truck was nowhere near ANYTHING that could have scratched it. I will never rent from you again and will make sure family and friends don't either. But rest assured I will recommend you to anyone I feel deserves this type of service!
