We walked out to the trailers, he pointed to the one assigned to me and walked back into the store. No help attaching the trailer to my auto. I had to go back inside to get him to check the trailer lights before I left. I am a 67 yo female.

Brian HI dropped the trailer off on Monday at 5:30 PM they have no signs telling you who's the U-Haul dealer and then it took them almost a weeks to get me my receipt so It looked like I didn't turn the trailer in and then on my receipt it says I turned the trailer in on a different day
