We picked up the u haul in Ellenton, Fl. on hy 301. Do not know where Citra is. We had ordered a tow dolly for our car same time as truck. They said it would be at pickup location. When we picked up truck we were told no dolly there. Closest one was in Bradenton, Fl. The place was 40 minutes out of our way from our home and 40 minutes back to interstate to start our trip north. We called when we left Ellenton and 5 minutes before arrival. No one told us they did not have a dolly. We spent 20 minutes trying to find address, cannot find place, call number again, no tow dolly! By this time we are 2 hrs later than our scheduled start time. Called uhaul. transfered to a woman who called places going north on interstate 75 and finally found one around Ocala, Fl. My wife had to drive extra car 2.5 hrs on busy interstate. Found place with dolly finally. Took person responsible for attaching it 1.5 hrs to figure out how to attach it to the truck. Apparently had not done one before. Finally at 7 at night we set out for Marietta, Fl.- a 6 hr drive to our motel room. Got in at 2am. The truck itself was clean. However, your "gentle ride" as advertised on side does not exist. The suspension and air ride seats did not work. Every little bump or hole in the road was felt like a crater. All the way to Indiana was a trip from hell. I will never recommend Uhaul to anyone. Your ad is a falsehood. A tractor ride would be more "gentle" A Very Unsatisfied Customer!

We had a very bad experience. The employee that helped us was not trained in auto transport which led us to safety issues.
