Rude rude rude. Employee barely communicated, most was done by pointing, grunting and nodding. Returned the equipment early but was not checked in properly causing additional work and stress to myself as well as other uhaul staff.

took a very long time to get my trailer ( NOTE; that I did my reservation on line the day before) First off I could not understand the rep he had very bad accent and he was behind glass and rows of lotto tickets and many other products, could not even see him. He started to help me and everytime someone came in he would help them and than come back to me ( there was to employees and that somewhat helped) they wanted to charge me more adding insurance and was redoing my reservation, when I already did my reservation the day before . I Had to hook up the trailer myself, they just gave me an equipment number. When I got to the trailer a wasp nest was under the hitch, not very happy with that and because of the delays for all of this..I was late and could not get what I had come for A COMPLETE LOSS FOR ME ! I am a frequent renter and use Uhaul much,, but I do have other alternatives and will question renting from Uhaul again....

Tom KWe walked out to the trailers, he pointed to the one assigned to me and walked back into the store. No help attaching the trailer to my auto. I had to go back inside to get him to check the trailer lights before I left. I am a 67 yo female.
