Originally scheduled to return trailer to Harrison, Mi. When i got there, the location was out of business. Wish this would have been communicated prior but appreciate 800 number customer service re-routing drop off to Clare.

Mike MThey didn't have a smaller trailer so i had to rent a larger trailer. (My fault. I should have reserved earlier. ) The guy i worked with put down two days so I would not have to worry about the extra day. He told me if I only used it one day I wouldn't be charged for the second day. This is the first time I've had this offered to me. I used the trailer one day but was charged for two. Not pleased... Usually it has been easy dealing with the uhaul app. This time was difficult. I don't know if the app changed or something changed at uhaul's end, but it is not easy or convenient.
