My reserved cargo van was given to someone else. Had to wait for upgrade. Left later than wanted. Rate was $19.95 but entire bill over $300. Which was not expected or budgeted for. Poor service

It's unpaved and was muddy, but then it's a rural location, so that has to be expected. We checked in after hours, so did not interact with any personnel.
Russell WHow could you not calculate the mileage correctly for an interstate ride to my house and then to the location? Charged for extra mileage!
DEAN KThe key boxes need to be more clearly marked. It would have been nice if somebody would have cleaned some of the snow off of the truck and made sure the back door was not frozen shut.
GEORGE CSignage was confusing and misleading. Checking out on the app was difficult because of the intermittent internet service. We weren't sure that the checl out went through. The location was closest to where we were located.
