Your employees are absolutely awful and are completely incompetent. They have ZERO knowledge about the equipment. We went to pick up our 10 foot truck and Reissa was absolutely terrible. She was SO RUDE to this elderly gentleman in front of us who just had a question and wanted to understand why his bill was $3 more than what he was told. Her attitude to him and to us when we got up to the counter was completely UNACCEPTABLE.Then Brandon said to the gentleman "Um sir, not today, we ain't gonna do that today." When it was our turn, we went outside to look at the trucks, and the hood wasn't shut. We asked why it wasn't shut and was told that the hoods don't shut on the 10 foot trucks. Which makes zero sense. My father in law questioned why the other hoods shut but they didn't. Reissa said she was going to go inside and find out information and would be right back. SHE LEFT US OUTSIDE FOR 10 MINUTES and stayed inside and proceeded to help other customers instead. So then, we got the pleasure of having Brandon.... Who by the way, should never work in customer service. He went outside with us and he also told us that the hoods don't shut on the trucks. And he was EXTREMELY RUDE (apparently you have to be rude and incompetent to work here). So we told him we weren't going to take a truck off the property that the hood didn't shut on because it wasn't a fully functioning and operating vehicle if the hood didn't shut. Brandon looked at my father in law and told him to "lose his damn attitude." word for word. Which my father in law didn't have an attitude, but any competent person that isn't an idiot, knows that the hoods shut. Then come to find out, they didn't even have the right reservation for us. We were given a truck that had low tire pressure, the gas in the truck didn't match the gas on the contract because they had the gas amount on the contract for the other truck they tried to give us, that wasn't for us. Then they charged us extra for gas when it wasn't even the correct amount to begin with! We spent over $1,000 with this company in TWO days because my husband and I rented a 26 foot truck and trailer for our car to PCS to Louisiana and get cussed at by your employees, treated like pieces of trash, and encountered AWFUL customer service. Mr. Chambers did absolutely nothing about it when he was called in. I called Mr. Chambers later and never received a call back. I called Corporate and they said someone would contact me within 72 hours. Ms. Vera called me and I lost service and I called back for her literally not even 5 minutes later and she was out of the office and never called me back after leaving THREE messages for her. Absolutely by far the worst company and customer service EVER. I will NEVER recommend your company ever again, and will only rent Penske from now on. Its a shame you have such poor employees working for a company that should be so respected and that you let your employees cuss at your customers and they still keep their j

The manager at this location is incredibly helpful and provides excellent customer service. It is run really well and I never had to wait long to be helped by a service representative. If I ever had a problem he took care of it and wanted to make sure his customers were 100% satisfied. In today's world this type of customer service is hard to find.

First of all, the pickup this morning was great. Kevin was excellent. On the other hand, when I tried to turn in the truck this afternoon, I had to wait in line at least 30-40 min. There were only 2 people working. Part of that time I was the only one in line. The girl on duty did not even act like I was there. When she finally did wait on me, her customer service skills were sorely lacking. I will NEVER use this location again.

I was quoted $150 less then I paid when I came to pick it up. The gas it coated was 250.00 I think this was a little out of control knowing I used this service a year ago and spent half this. Now they are saying I used more milage than I did. I will never ever use this company again. This just eats my pocket book. And yes I traveled from Ohio to Tenn the same distance and the same time of year.

Everything was quick and ready when I got there. Trailer was in good shape except for when I hit my brakes an used my blinker both taillights were alternately blinking. But were functional in everything else.

gentleman working was new and very friendly but his co worker a Hispanic lady was not. She seemed very frustrated that she had to help him and was very short when I asked her a question. She wasn't very professional at all and was pretty rude.

The first truck I rented was a 10 foot truck. It had a bunch roaches all in the back crawling in and out of a hole that was located in the hump in the back of the truck. I had to sweep and spray to kill them all. I ended up returning the U-Haul the next day because it was too small for my items. When we explained the situation to the employee she didn’t seemed concerned nor apologized. I then rented a 15 foot truck that they did not come out and inspect and then marked on our papers that the gas tank was given to us full. When we went back into the store to let them know. The employee told us to write a survey. Customer service at this location was okay. Not extremely helpful. They didn’t explain anything to me and they did not inspect either truck.
