I the pick up I reserved on line was not available and they only had a old , beat up, nasty 10 foot truck to give me. Drove awful and was really hard for a handicap person to get in. Agent gave it to me at the same rate as the pick up but in reality I should have gotten it cheaper than the pick up. What a down grade.EVANGELINE B.
The van had brakes that squealed and a tpms system service required warning on. It ran and got us where we needed but I'm surprised to see this on a van with decently low miles. Not really a fan of Chevy though. LolMartin H.

The 2 young men who assisted me went far beyond what I expected. They were more than helpful and very courteous. Your lot on Wilma Rudolf is a tight fit, but that cannot be helped. Well - since you asked. When I picked up the trailer - I noticed & took pictures of the damage on it - so I wouldn't be blamed for it. It looked like it had been in a demolition derby-! While using the motorcycle trailer - I got pulled over by a police officer who told me that the reason he pulled me over was because the trailer wiring was dragging on the road. I got out & sure enough it was - & not by a little - but by a lot-! I'm actually glad that he pulled me over - because - if I had driven much farther - it would have surely shorted out & possibly damaged my vehicles electrical system in the process. Which would have mad me VERY unhappy-! Between talking to the officer & fixing the problem - it cost me about 30 min. that I DID NOT have-! I don't understand. The trailer was hooked up by the U-Haul staff. How can this happen-? I mean - it's not exactly rocket science-! Right-? Oh & here is another piece of info. - since you asked-! I had scheduled a 9-am pick-up on that Sun. morning & had arrived at 8:45-am - at which time I waited & waited & waited - along with several other people who showed up after me - including one of the employee's - who told me that the person with the keys to get in the building was not there yet. Well - he finally showed up at about 9:15 or 9:20-am - looking like he had just crawled out of bed hung-over-! By the time they got things moving - it was about 9:45-am before I finally got hooked up & ready to leave. More time that I DID NOT HAVE to waste. I had decided to not to make a big deal about this & just let it go. When I received an email about reviewing my experience at this U-Haul - I felt it my duty to be up front & honest about it. All & all - I was pretty disappointed with the whole thing-! Look - I get it. I am 68 years old & I have seen & done a lot of things in my life. We ALL have good days & bad days. I have in the past & will continue to use U-Haul - in the future. The ONLY way can fix these kinds of problems - is if the company is aware that there is a problem - so - the ball is in your court. The site as has as entry there is very little area for in and out movement of vehicle traffic on a busy day, i watched as many people drove very close to each other, lucky that there are not more fender benders. also the back of the vehicle smelled of feline urine quite strong. which shows they push through these vehicles like a assembly line. I cannot recall the last time i was in a Ugaul but pleasant experience it was notJOHN B.
I was billed for gas that I shouldnt have. I was told to drop it off with 3/4 tank of gas and thats what I did and I was billed for them to fill it up!!! Thats not what we agreed on.Jenifer W.
