The truck provided was damaged, my daughter could barely open the rear door. Customer service at store was unprofessional. I was accused of lying to extend my rental. I am disabled, can barely walk and needed help loading/unloading truck, could not get help because of snow storm. My daughter was able to get it loaded before the storm hit but wasn't able to get unloaded until after storm passed and roads cleared. I got a friend to come help me unload when she could get out of her neighborhood.
