There appeared to be only one individual working when I returned the trailer we rented. He had me park it behind their building and did not take the time to remove the furniture dollies and pads I had rented from the trailer and he told me that I would get a receipt in email. A month later Uhaul is trying to charge me for late charges when the fault is solely on this location's lax approach to their business.Thomas F.
There was some type of white stuff on the floor of the van in the hauling part. I had to put tarps down in order to move my things. The clerk did not do a walk through inspection of the vehicle so this was unknown to me at the time. She just pointed to the van and said there's you vehicle and have me the key. I am constantly amazed at how every time I go to any of the Uhaul locations in my travels across the US that they are always busy, never enough staff, computers aren't working, and yet they stay in business. The staff have always been wonderfully accommodating and as efficient as they can be for being over worked and under staffed so I have no complaints there. It just boggles my mind that reservations can be made only to find out no equipment is available, locations where equipment is had been changed causing renters to drive across town to get to it, or the system has some glitch causing errors that back the customer line up out the door. My suggestions for improvement are to staff every location with more people to meet demand, allow for the application to track the location of the"reserved" vehicle so that the customer knows when to go pick it up, and allow the check in process to be completely automated including a one time "capture" of the drivers license in the app. You already have the credit card info. If the customer were to be able to handle rentals and returns all on his own it would leave your employees available to handle customersROBERT B.
Do not issue a vehicle that has been "SMOKED" in!! Vehicle was fairly clean, but smelled like it had been smoked in for a couple weeks. I took the vehicle home to sanitize it and wiped quite abit of nicotine residue off the surfaces.Elton C.

Get more help at this location - When I arrived the lady at the desk said that she could not help me because she was only the janitor. After waiting 10 min she said she would see if she could find the worker who was running the fork lift. The janitor came back after five minutes and said she would lady would be in shortly. After another fifteen minutes, I went to look for her and told her I had been there waiting for 30 min. She eventually came in. I was the only person in line and it took over 45 min to be helped.CODY JAMES V.
