Everything was just fine. The only thing I would like to see changed is give a paper receipt when you pay. Everyone does not have a computer and some of us have trouble working one and have to get someone else to help.

I was slightly annoyed that I’d done everything online (checked in, sent my ID, payment method etc etc) then still has to stand in line for the key, that seemed like a waste of time to me.

The trailer I rented had a shorted out tail light wire which burned out the trailer wire adapter box on my van. Had to drive 3 hours at night in rain with my 4 way flashers on. Went to drop trailer off and the lady behind the counter said it was not their problem even thou your trailer blew the original box on van and a replacement box after 20 mins! Will not be renting for U haul any time soon. Road service sad the drop off site would help us out ,drop off site said the pick up site had to help us out. The trailer wire converter boxes are $95.00 each, the original on the van and the replacement.Not very good customer service,but then you are the only company in my area to rent trailers so you don"t really need to have good service.I will let my friends know about this. David and I believe the other guy name is David and one David is the owner of the location on providence blvd in Clarksville ten are rude as FCK ! They lied and said they had nothing available but I call the 1800 go U-Haul for them to make a reservation for a truck that said wasn’t available.... not to mention after I made the reservation they STILL told me they didn’t have it . Made me get a bigger U-Haul saying it would be cheaper ... I was told 50 dollars from 1800 go haul and then I ended up getting a receipt for 195.00 !!! OUTRAGEOUS! I will definitely will be going to an entire different county to get a U-Haul from now on ! Will NEVER get my services again

The poor attendant that was on duty did her best to help us with her system down. She even made sure we did not have to wait in line twice ..that is very much appreciated during a stressful move. Please forward our complements to her for her excellent customer service skills.

I would recommend this location to a friend as long as they didnt have the check in person I did. She failed to tell me there was a water leak in the cab. Only realized it when I was looking at the paperwork afterwards. She had written that customer accepts risk of water damage. She did not tell me this. Also upon reading paperwork she did not explain anything about the truck or how to use it, lock it, etc. I had bought a lock at the time of purchase to lock the truck and she didnt tell me there was already one on there. She was polite and friendly just didnt do these important things.

I was charged for two days when I had the trailer for less than a day. When I called I was told they would get back to me. 24 hours later, still no call, still being charged for two days...

Enforce the trucks when they return. I was told truck was full and that I needed to return it full of gas, when I got in truck it was not full. It was $20.00 dollars short. the back was dirty, had to sweep it out before I could put my things inside. When I returned to truck, they gave me a discount which was nice of them.

Staff was rude, I was passed over and over again continuously telling them how long I had been there waiting to return the truck and they kept skipping me and just going to the next person and joking about it. The truck was in very poor shape and they charged me over double what I was originally quoted. I'm turning this report into headquarters command at Fort Campbell to have your company black listed for military services not to ever use. Absolute terrible experience and felt like I was being swindled the entire time. I will never use this so called company again.

To Improve this location U-Haul should train workers on customer service and also have a manager working at all times for workers to have someone to ask for guidance and answer questions they do not know the answer to. While keeping customer satisfaction uppermost in their minds!

The first person to great me at 12pm held me at bay because he was getting off work in five minutes. Five minutes turned to 13 minutes and the person continues to blame others for his late depature. The silver lining was that the older gentleman thant came in at 12:20 was much more helpful. Dont know the person's name that was disrespectful but at the location he was working around 12 pm to 12:15.

At the pick up location, David the hitch tech was the best employee that you have. I was give. The run around by the call center and spent 10 hours of my day trying to get my wire harness fixed and wasted a tank of gas on places did not have anyone there. This was by far my worse expirence with uhaul and I think I am going to a different company next time.

I dropped off the truck at 7:30 the location closed at 7:00, did the online turn in and dropped the keys in the drop slot. Next morning I get a call that the truck hasn’t been turned in... the truck was the first one in front of the door how can you miss it so then I get charged another day so for a one day rental I was charged $124 will be going up to y’all about this
