This place is great. I kept a climate controlled unit for almost 4 months. Everytime I went the staff were very nice. Checking in and out was a breeze and prices aren't bad at all on controlled temp storage units. Moving in and out was easy with all the u-boat style carts they have for you to use. Definitely recommend.
Two things basic for self storage; lights and doors that work. This place had neither. I couldn't get my lock to work because the doors didn't line up. There are to many new storage places in Clarksville to recommend this facility.
Staff could be more friendly and customer service oriented. They are very stern and curt with customers. They never smiled while I was there. And I booked online so all they did was show me to my unit.
I moved my mom from Atlanta to Clarksville due to her declining health. I stored her belongings at the Uhaul in Clarksville. You made that time in our lives easier.
The manager Monic sucks at upkeeping the facility. Every month I had to call and complain bc doors were broke and I was not able to access my belongings. Bot convenient. Store and manager are ratchety.

Everyone there was very professional. Getting a storage unit, and checking our truck in was very fast and smooth. Definitely recommend.
I didnt set u auto pay, that was a mistake. I was told they refunded my money sunday but its not in my bank account. I am not working and need that refund for bills thank you.
