Tried to do self check-in, but it failed, so I went to the desk where we had a lot of problems until it finally ran through at a higher cost than my self check-in in.

When I first reserved the U-Haul truck I put I wanted to drop it off in Clearfield pennsylvania. They wanted me to travel another 40 minutes to drop it off in another town. I had to call and make arrangements to drop it off in clearfield. Doesn't make much sense to make someone travel another 40 minutes when there is a drop off area 10 minutes away. Also the radios Bluetooth was locked so that I could not use it. I personally feel that you should want people to use the Bluetooth just for safety issues. Very very disappointed about this. Also when you order new trucks cruise control should be one of the top things you add to your trucks. I would definitely question running another U-Haul. I may look at other rental businesses.

GILBERT BI rented an appliance dolly Saturday the 11th around noon or 1 pm, the place i rented it from closed at 3 so i could not return the rental when i was done with it. The following day Sunday the 12th they were also closed also so i could not return the dolly that day. I returned the dolly Monday afternoon and i got charged an extra day of use. I would have returned the dolly the same day or the next if the location was open, but it was not. I just thought it was pretty petty and ridiculous that i got charged an extra day for that. If that's the case, then they should have a designated drop off area so things can be returned on time. I was not notified a specific time it needed to be returned by from the renter and when i returned the dolly i was told their maybe be an extra charge. 20 minutes down the road i check my bank account and there was already a $20 charge taken out of my bank account. If you were going to do it anyways then why not just be up front about it and say you're charging me an extra day, instead of saying maybe there will be an extra charge.
JUSTIN SBrianna was great. She was courteous, professional and gave clear instructions. The phone staff and reservation process was new to me. However, figuring out the online process was fun and challenging. The truck ran very well.
