Key was never put in lockbox. Rental equipment that I reserved was not in the truck. Had to go next day to pick them up (after hours) and they didn’t have the correct Dolly I ordered. Also didn’t have the truck I ordered so was being upgraded to a bigger one for same price yet was charged more.

YOEL CWe paid the extra fee for a utility dolly, and it was not included in the truck. We were informed we needed to drive to another location in order to pick one up. Therefore, we had to drop off the truck at one location, and the utility dolly at a different one... we were not offered any credit or compensation for the inconvenience. The staff, however, was very nice.
