Didn't help at all. Acted annoyed that I was there and didnt park where he wanted. Reparked it where he asked. Unhooked it myself with no help. Then a week later im threatened by u haul saying I didnt return trailer yet? After calling several times they fixed the error but tried to bill me for extra days. Had to call again to get that credited because I dropped it on time middday.

Inside a trailer was filthy had to wait for them to clean it out. Why don't they check for clean when the trailer is returned. I have to stand around and wait for them to clean it my time is valuable also

JORDAN LFire the person behind the counter at this location. They felt that it was not his job to be helpful since he continued to state that he does not work for Uhaul. I had to inflate the tire of the trailer as it was very low in air. I did not receive any help for the counter person in hooking up the auto transport trailer.
