The equipment was good but the girl who I called didn’t know what hitch ball size the trailer required saying 2.5” but that’s not a size. I brought a 2” and it fit exactly. Professionalism is important to me. When I arrived, I was surprised that although she was pleasant but had a pentagram necklace, occult tattoos, and multiple piercings.
