This location allowed the trailer that I reserved to be picked up a day early by someone other than me. They also used my credit card to pay for the trailer (I have been assured a refund). This means that someone else was riding around with a trailer in my name. When I got there to pick up the trailer I rented it was not there. They rent me a trailer it turns out had be promised to someone else, but they rented it to me anyway. The one they rented me was a motorcycle trailer, which suited me fine. But as it turned out they sent the other customer to a different location that did not have a trailer that fit his motorcycle. What a mess!! I will not be using this location in the future.

Very nice truck , low mileage, easy key retrieval
Patricia TThis was an outrageous amount for a less than 24 hour rental… Years ago it was very close to 19.95 for the rental as it states on the outside of the truck, but now that is just a marketing trick to pull people in and all the fees are outrageous to me… does not seem fair

JEFFREY OThey took care of me I’m disabled and they hooked it up for me and drove from Florida to California and they had to gentlemen unhook it and send me on my way. Very nice and pleasurable experience except the 2800 mile drive. lol
