The reasons I chose no, were because 1: the truck leaked while I was moving. It was raining and it leaked through the roof of the bed of the truck. My mattress was soaked as well as the headboard. 2: when I picked up the truck, it had less then a 1/4 tank of fuel in it. I was then asked to put gas in it before I brought it back. I’m not filling a truck that you gave to me empty.

EMAD TI've been renting uhaul for years, and never have I went through anything like this. I was charged for service I never asked for at all. I asked for The rental from Friday - Sunday, only too find out the guy put me down for 6 hours. Not the days I needed I was over charged, tried calling customer service The lady was a smart A** was cutting me off when I talked, so I let her know that she was getting hyped over the phone and I didn't want to talk to her anymore. I asked for the field manager left a message no one never got back in contact with me that was a bummer. This places stress me so bad and was blowing up my phone like I stole their truck, I had a panic attack and a asthma attack and had to go to the ER. For treatment. Then when I left the ER I went to turn in the uhaul and The guy there said he didn't understand my contract because it was so messed up. He gave me the manager Christian phone number I left a message no one still haven't called me back regarding the matter so I let customer service know and I let the guy know at the store that I will be going to social media and let him know my experience at this location and how I was treated I never been treated like this I just feel like They savaged me I would never rent from this place again or should I say this location in this city.
