Rental terms not explained clearly leading me to believe the per mile charge included fuel. Then next day I get banged with refill charge and overpriced fuel. Not pleased at all!

While the vehicle was clean in appearance it did have a very heavy foul animal odor in the cabin area. It suggested that the previous renter had a large amount of pets traveling with them.
Michael MI was charged an extra 20$ for going 3 miles over what I told the person that helped me. I swept it out and replaced the gas so not sure why I was charged so much more

ELVIS LThe reasons I chose no, were because 1: the truck leaked while I was moving. It was raining and it leaked through the roof of the bed of the truck. My mattress was soaked as well as the headboard. 2: when I picked up the truck, it had less then a 1/4 tank of fuel in it. I was then asked to put gas in it before I brought it back. I’m not filling a truck that you gave to me empty.
