Rental terms not explained clearly leading me to believe the per mile charge included fuel. Then next day I get banged with refill charge and overpriced fuel. Not pleased at all!
Matt PWhile the vehicle was clean in appearance it did have a very heavy foul animal odor in the cabin area. It suggested that the previous renter had a large amount of pets traveling with them.
Michael MI was charged an extra 20$ for going 3 miles over what I told the person that helped me. I swept it out and replaced the gas so not sure why I was charged so much more
