My experience was worse than poor but there is no rating less than that available. You name it it was difficult and the worst experience I've had moving. I have moved 3 times in the past 7 years and never again will I utilize UHaul again. You name it it went wrong! I have called and spoken with at least 10 people including a manager and am still extremely dissatisfied. I am not done with reaching out to make sure I am appropriately compensated for ALL of the issues I experienced during this truly horrible process.
