Truck was dirty, no gas, no one was there to get me my keys, despite going during business hours, no one answered their phone. Had to Uhaul contact regional manager to get help.

there was no appliance dolly in the truck and I rented one! and no nearby locations had one, we called and asked.
Andrew RI was told my truck was not dropped and I was being charged. The location could not access their key box. I was informed by uhaul customer service that location was having difficulty opening the box. My truck has not been checked back in due to their negligence.
