There was nobody there, so the "was personnel helpful" question should also have N/A option. Not the nicest place to drop off, but it was very convenient from where I was coming from and lockbox was easily accessible.

CHARLES FNo snow removal.
ALEC CI didn’t know it was closed that day. Very isolated area for a woman to have to download and app, take pictures, supply my ID and credit card etc. The truck was filthy outside and I could not see thru the front and side windows. The dolly and mattress pads were not in the truck as I ordered. And no one was there to help. I was new to town so I had no idea how to get help. Shall I go on?
