While I understand there might have been a language barrier with the front desk employee, their lack of basic customer service was disappointing. It's important for customers to feel at ease, and unfortunately, this wasn't my experience.

I think I was over charged for the little time I had it.
Willie SWish there ghad been a little bit better communication since this facility doesn't check the truck with you prior or afterwards. That would have prevented some extra work and risk if we had known. Instead we just had to accept what condition, mileage, etc was provided.
