Take the money out as soon as it's returned not three weeks after. I was negative $250 in my bank account because the return wasn't submitted the same day it was actually returned!!!!! Will never do this again.

First reservation was not ready, so I had to go to another nearby location.
When I arrived "the guy" that did rentals was not there. A mechanic called him and he called uhaul and told them his new office girl didn't know how to process the rental. I was handed a note with a number on it and told to call and he would give me the key. I called and the lady tells me this story. I tell her I guess I'm the new office girl cuz there is only one guy there and he says he has the key. The lady tells me if I bring the truck back with 1/4 tank I'll receive a $26 credit which I am still waiting for. I return the truck after hours and no contact until this survey. Please give me the credit at the very least. Uhaul should think about pulling their contract with this guy as he isn't doing them any good. As for the condition of the truck there was equipment in there I did not rent including infolded blankets and a dirty truck. I returned it with folded blankets and swept it out. Again $26 is the LEAST I should get for cleaning it for the previous renters also. Thanks. I look forward to a return reply.

No lights in the parking area at all. Potholes throughout the parking lot full of Water. Drop box is busted and no place to put the key. Bad place for anyone to drop off at night. Or maybe even day time.
We had so many changes and crisis situations and everyone we encountered at uhaul went above and beyond on our behalf and we are so thankful!!!
