When we arrived to drop off the trailer the link that had been sent to me was expired so I went to the office to check in. The person onsite said “my uncle deals with the U-Haul stuff; I don’t know anything about it”. I then had to call the U-Haul customer service line to report that I had in fact dropped off the trailer. Apparently there would have been a fee to verify this but they kindly waived it. Given that they expired the link that they sent me, I would have been outraged if they would have charged me to verify.
