Mark K.I cannot imagine how you could make the process any easier or simpler. On-line reservation, pick-up, and return were very easy. Equipment was exactly what I needed. Will definitely use this facility and equipment again in the future, and recommend this to friends & family.
F. Edward G.The rental agent has trouble entering customers personsal info into your computer-based system. For example, it always takes him multiple attempts to enter the customer's credit card information before the transaction is completed.
