Started off supposed to pick up from Harrison. I was notified as I arrived to pick up that there was no unit available for me to pick up.. the lady there was very helpful and kind and found an available unit at cleves tool rental. Went there, keys weren’t in any of the lock boxes but went and found them in the ignition from the previous renters. The App wants pictures of everything before you leave and when you return it. It’s pouring down rain when I picked up and returned. the app takes forever before it uploads the picture to be able to take the next picture, soaked at this point. Got credited money back for having to move locations. But if your using the app for pickup and it’s raining bring an umbrella and a poncho cause you’re going to be standing out there for awhile.
