Pickup was originally scheduled for Blackstone location. This location was far out and inconvenient. The service rep was delightful and friendly.

JUSTIN FOwners need to retire or let someone else run the facility . When ickecked out my trsiler it took wAy to long yo do confirnned rentsl. Very slow. when i turned ingge trailer , the guy was doold he couldnt unhookmy trsiler. I had to unhook snd pudh it into the parkig stsll. He just sat inhis vehivle and watched. Thenhe failed to log my return snd i was getting calls the next day toreturn my trailer. What s mess. Not going back and telling friends to not Go there. Trrrible experience.
