Excellent experience with my U-Haul rental. Customer service was great from the young lady who helped me out at the front desk. Equipment was clean and kept up with. 10/10
JAVIER MEasier check out. U-Haul app should have check in and check out button on home page. When you are in extreme weather and having trouble with app check in it is miserably frustrating . The check out process was not so bad, but finding it after a weekend of moving exhaustion was awful.
TRACIE ATo require a SafeMove that was not disclosed other than when I picked up was a cheap business practice. Had that be disclosed during the reservation process, I would have opted to use a rental car company.
