The truck was not ready and had to wait around for 3 hours. Had to have all my helpers wait around. Then they said the reservation they did was not right and had to redo it and then they called again and said it was still not right. Then they said they would give me a discount for my trouble and then they didn’t.
STEPHANIE MIf a customer arrives at 7 and you close at 7, just check them in. It takes 5 minutes . I was moving all day and had to do the QR code check in and it took me almost 15 minutes to check myself in. So now I’m probably going to get charged an “after hours drop” fee.
