I was extremely impressed and grateful to Dave and his staff at Mail and More. However, I was extremely DISSATISFIED with Uhaul and their preparation; I ordered a hand truck and moving blankets and neither of these items were available at this location. According to Mail and More, they provided all of their inventory for another client's recent move to Texas and Uhaul didn't restock this inventory. It was unclear that this location was closed on Tuesdays and I was expected to use the lock box to retrieve the truck.Philomena H.

Problems weren't with the location but with the online check in process and your rental processes. Online check in was challenging. Images weren't taken of the van when it was left for me which caused the process to crash. Had to wait through several lengthy holds with customer service calls to get the okay to leave with the truck. Also, wondering why additional contacts and references are requested and contacted when picking up the vehicle. I would have been pretty perturbed if plans made for the move fell apart because the vehicle wasn't released to me when promised. it took me an hour to pull away with the vehicle. Too dark by lock box. Lock was very hard to operate. Customer service and terrible and online changes were impossible due to errors on the website. I needed to change my drop off location and after hours of waiting on the phone and failed online attempts I had to drive 80 miles just to return and drop off the vehicle. I will never use uhaul again. I will rent elsewhere or literally buy a vehicle before doing this again.Gail M.
The location and staff were exceptional. They covered for the extensive problems that I had with the UHaul regional/corporate staff. They were a rude, discourteous and qualifying as one of the worst retail experiences I have had in years. JUST SIMPLY TERRIBLE.Raymond M.

The was great. No problems. The issue was with UHaul. I could not take a pix of the odometer using the app so I could not complete the mobile check in. Also, I booked a 10 ft truck and was given a 15 footer after the booking and was charged an extra $10. It being refunded by took me 30 minutes on the phone to get it straight.Pete S.

Clean and inspect equipment! I have allergies to cats and there was cat hair in the passenger/driver seat, in the vents. I called and complained immediately, to be told I could recieve a discount of if i returned the equipment cleaned. I refused to clean it being as thoigh I have allergies. So the rep removed the discount. I had hives, congestion and burning to my nose. I called again, spoke to another rep "Jackie" , she said that was unacceptable of the other Rep and she would put in for a discount. I still would like a discount. I am not pleased at all, with the customer service, the equipment, nothing! Please discount the price!Shontia M.

The truck itself (floor and seats) were clean but the steering wheel was dirty. I used a wipe to clean it off and the wipe was completely brown afterwards. I also wiped down the gear shift. I suggest wiping off the steering wheels, shift, knobs, etc and or spraying it with Lysol/disinfectant daily-especially with the Covid-19 outbreak. Also, give details of where the truck is parked or add signage that explains other trucks are parked down a little further in the lot not only directly behind the Mail N' More door. I returned the truck with more fuel than it had when I rented it. Now I get hit with 20 dollar fuel charge. There wss 5/8 tank when I rented and 3/4 when I returned it. This is not right and>I will take every chance to bad mouth Mail and More as well as U Haul. Not happy.DANIEL W.
I still don't understand why I was charged for 3 full days when I returned the truck only 4 hours past the return time and clearly nobody else was trying to rent the truck I was using as the store was closed and there were 3 more trucks like mine sitting in the parking lot that were available. As far as I'm concerned this is way too high a penalty and I don't know that I would rent from U-Haul again because of this. The man who works at this location, the mail n more, was the only part of this experience I can rate as excellent. When I had trouble with my card online, I was passed around to 5 different departments in customer service that didnt want to deal with it, when i went to talk with Dave inside, he got me taken of in less than five minutes and was very curious and nice. If he hadn't been so kind to us we probably would've wanted a refund and not used the truck.jarret M.

The truck was backed into a corner, a long walk from the lockbox which required some back and forward. Ordered 3 dozen moving blankets and they were not in the truck. Had to find another location 40 minutes away to get only 2 dozen blankets. U-Haul really screwed me over on this one.Matthew H.

My experience started out not very good. The mobile app said it could not find my location even with my location service turned on. Fortunately Mail N More was open and Dave was able to help me. It also turned out that another customer took the wrong truck so I would not have had a truck if it was not for Dave handling the problem and getting me replacement. Dave was very courteous and apologetic to me. Because of the way he handled the entire situation I felt very at ease and comfortable in knowing everything would be alright. When I need another U Haul truck I will be sure to pick it up at Mail N More because of their excellent and friendly customer service.Vernon M.

I was very disappointed in the service. I went to the location in Guthriesville,Pa. because it opened at 8am. I had to get an early start. I recieved notice that the location had changed to Coatesville Pa., a half hour away and the didn't open until 9:30! Luckily, the owner was nice enough to open at ( for us. Still a late start! I would not recommend U- Haul to anyone that had a deadline to meet. Very poor service in my estimation.Frank T.
