The uhaul site was extremely slow. The person checking me out was struggling to get the transaction to go through. I was at the site for 45 minutes before I was able to take the van. He called uhaul and was dealing with them directly. He was courteous and professional even though we were both very frustrated.

david sU-Haul needs to make sure their agents are fully stocked with appliance hand trucks. I was moving a fridge single handedly and had to improvise with my own straps and a standard hand trucks. I don’t blame the agent for this. Marvin’s Midway in Colchester were friendly and efficient and represented U-Haul well. Overall they were easy to do business with. I’ve rented there before and will be back next time I need a truck.
Stephen OUHaul charged me for "Safe Tow," which I rejected during my online reservation/checkout, I selected "pay for any damage on my own." It's annoying.. Happens every time. Now I have to contact Marvins in Colchester, CT and waste both of our time to have it removed.
