the location/office is excellent and the people there are easy to do business with and very helpful . . I have dealt with them on several occasions and would highly recommend them ! since the pick up and return was after hours, I had to use the U haul phone app . . . the general U Haul website/app is a bit slow and somewhat awkward to deal with . . .otherwise the vehicle was fine

Trailer was dirty.
Vaughn GIt was great having the option to drop off in the town where we live at Weir Bros & Son. Great communication and thankful to be able to have this ease of drop off.
Jodi SWe had a reservation to pick up at 8 A.M. When we got there, nobody was there and the place was locked up. We tried calling multiple times and nobody answered.
