I didn't have a drop off location i was told to just call the 1800 number but they would just hang up on me. Overall uhaul has been a hassle and i still haven't gotten a refund for a hitch installation mess up and it's been awhile. Making me go without money that is mine. Uhaul has sent me in circles and made my moving process very difficult i wouldn't use uhaul again unless you guys give me a deal on the trailer i just had to make up all of my troubles. And again still haven't gotten the money that is owed to me for a hitch i got right before my trailer. Truck wasn't ready to go. We had no access to the truck at the time we were promised. It was blocked in by 2 vehicles, it was filthy, low on oil, low on water, the transmission is leaking, ball joints are worn and ac didn't work properly. There was no proper customer support, we had to go 240 miles out of our way to pick this truck up. It was promised to us for pick up after hours and because it was not prepared properly for that time, we lost extra help with the move. Also, I was way over charged for items I never requested. I am extremelely uunsatisfied with my experience with Uhaul overall.

Either they scam you on the fuel cost, or somebody's stealing fuel from their trucks and they don't know about it. The truck was on Empty when I picked it up.
Was not there for drop off.
They were closed and charged charged me a fuel charge which was not right
Horrible location in the middle of nowhere. This was at least 20 miles from my home. No help, no lights, no security...
Maybe hire a nicer person
The price for the same trailer in michigan is 1/4 of the price. It doesnt make sense that the price would vary that much. The equipment itself needed maintenance, one of the taillights was unsecured. I spent an hour using the locations tools to fix it myself so i wouldnt get a ticket. This seems fairly improper to me. Overall i was very disappointed in this experience, though this was not the fault of the employees at the pick up location.
Shes so sweet and made everything so easy
Pay attention. Reason being, during my check-in and checkout process upon pick up my drop off eservation location, was changed and the 'contract' I signed had me calling to find out where to drop off and then turned into me getting an email with a drop off location 1.5 hours from where I was reserved to drop off.

This location was extreme in their policy. The tank was required to be filled half way. I drove 385 miles and went to the station down the street from their location and refilled to half a tank. Maybe it was the the grade of their location or the grade of the gas station, but she claimed it was short 1/8 a tank and charged me $15. Unfortunately I dropped it off after hours and couldn't dispute the claim. This significantly diminishes my opinion of Uhaul for a loyal customer who just spend $280 on a rental.

I like this return location. It's very convenient and close to free way. It's a safe neighborhood. I like it the most is that there is a drop box for the key return after office hours. Also before returned the truck, I called uhaul. The operator that I spoke with, is so helpful, her voice is music! Great! Great!!
Reserved 10ft truck got and was charged for 15ft. Had to wait for 10-15 min for attendant to arrive to help us.
We rented this trailer,and asked about one way and a return route. I must have misunderstood what was said. I was told $142.27 for round trip and a little over $202 one way. If I dropped off the trailer in casa grande earlier there would no refund and the rate would be $202. That was acceptable. I went to unwilling casa grande was trying to drop it off there. Nancy returned the trailer, but was told it would cost over $450.00 dollars. I said no way, I would just return the trailer to colfax ca. Customer service would not work with us in any way, could figure out how to help return the trailer back to our contract. Nancy worked several hours and the contract was opened again. When I return the trailer to colfax it was stilled closed. Pam again had to uhaul customer service to work this out. Your customer service department needs a lot of help, because they don't try to help your customers. I have using uhaul since 1964. This will be our last time!!!
